Lead distribution that actually recycles.

By The Selllution team · Sales operationsApril 2026

A busy desk does not run on fresh leads alone — it runs on a system that pools them, routes them fairly and brings the right ones back at the right time. Here is the engine that keeps every number working.

Pool before you distribute

Dropping leads straight onto reps creates hoarding and dead numbers. Pool them first, then distribute by rule — round-robin, by skill, by asset class — so the desk stays balanced and nothing sits idle.

Route on outcome, not on whim

Every call outcome should feed the engine: no-answer recycles after a cooldown, callback schedules itself, not-interested cools off or exits. The rules do the chasing so reps do the selling.

Recycle with context

A recycled lead is not a fresh one — it should arrive with its full history so the next rep opens with what was already said. Context is the difference between a warm re-approach and an annoying repeat.

Measure the pool, not just the rep

Track how fast leads move, how often they recycle and where they die. The health of the pool predicts next month’s revenue better than any single rep’s numbers.

Pooling, rule-based routing and outcome recycling, live on a real desk.
