Pricing, answered.

Is everything really included at £70?

Yes. The CRM, calling, marketing, payments, AI, training, the marketplace and AML are all in the one seat price. There are no feature tiers and no per-module add-ons — the only thing that changes the bill is the number of seats.

Do you charge by number of contacts?

No. Records are unlimited. Unlike contact-priced CRMs, growing your database never increases your bill.

What does annual billing save?

Annual billing is £58 per seat — effectively two months free, a saving of £144 per seat each year. You can switch between monthly and annual from billing settings.

Is there a setup or onboarding fee?

No setup fee on the standard plan. Enterprise includes guided migration and a dedicated onboarding specialist as part of the agreement.

Can I change seats as my team grows?

Add or remove seats whenever you need to — billing prorates automatically. The per-seat price is flat whether you have three seats or thirty.

Are calling and messaging usage extra?

The calling and messaging tools are included. Carrier pass-through usage (telephony minutes and message segments via Twilio) is billed at cost with no markup — clearly itemised, never bundled into a higher tier.

What's the minimum commitment?

Monthly plans are rolling — cancel any time. Annual plans run for twelve months in exchange for the lower rate.
